Once you have ‘added your items to cart’ and proceeded with purchasing, it will bring up a schedule portal for you to select your ideal date. Once you have completed the purchase, as well as selected your tentative date, you will receive an email with confirmation and it will direct you to your next steps.

You will be emailed an electronic rental agreement to sign. This contract outlines the expectations of the renter and the borrower, as well as outlines the condition in which you are to return the items. The contract must be signed and returned in order to receive the address and combination for pickup!

Once you have completed the above steps, you will be given a combo code & designated time frame in which you may come pick up your rental. The combo will provide you access to the storeroom, which is a physical storefront located in Bellville off 159. You will be given detailed instructions & there are signs to direct your path.

Once your party or event is concluded, you will be required to return all rented items to the original pickup location within the agreed upon time frame. Equipment should be cleaned and returned in the same condition as it was received.
